OFFICIAL JAPANESE CERTIFICATION

When our students pass a new grade, Tokyo HQ will process their promotion and in due course their 'Menkyo' or certificate of grade will be sent to the chief instructor who will award it on behalf of Soke. The certificates are in Japanese and signed by the master of the school.

YOUR KARATE LICENSE

Students in Japan are required to possess a license in order to practice their chosen martial art. Upon joining our school and completing membership registration, students will receive their Japanese license, normally with their first grade. The purpose of the license is to record grade history and tournament history. Recording grades will be administrated by the Branch chief instructor or an appointed examiner.
