Choosing the right Karate school can be confusing. With so many styles represented. there are many Karate schools in Brighton and mid Sussex, all with different backgrounds and objectives. We actively encourage new students and parents to think carefully about what they want to gain from learning karate and to ask perspective Karate teachers as many questions as possible.
Ultimately learning Karate has and always will be about the teachers. Attitude, motivation and their ability to engage and positively effect the student’s development physically and mentally. The style of course will differ from school to school, but these differences will be quite obvious. Trialing a class will always help when choosing a karate school that is right for you.
This Karate School, Reiwaryu Ryushinkan is very proud of our heritage, however we know that we can only be as good as our teachers, and so we place great emphasis on teacher development, making sure that every Karate student will receive the best tuition.
